In case customer is dissatisfied for any reason with product, customer has 72 hours to notify Classic Sofa Bed by phone. All products must be returned to us in its original packaging. Customer is obligated to pay 10% restocking fee and all delivery and return shipping charges.

Once order is placed, customer may cancel order at any time as long as the order has not been shipped. If an order did not go out, the customer is not obligated to pay any fees.

If order did go out for shipment to customer, the customer may refuse delivery, and will be obligated to pay 10% restocking fee, plus delivery and return delivery shipping charges.

Damages

In case merchandise is damaged upon delivery, we will gladly exchange the damaged part or entire furniture piece. All damaged goods must be notified to us by phone within a 48 hour period after delivery.
